What is the story behind West Events?

Our lead planner, Allison, brings over 400 weddings of experience to the table. She began her career in the industry as a venue manager and quickly transitioned to entrepreneurship, establishing her own business. With extensive experience coordinating weddings throughout Southern California, Allison and her team ensure each event is executed with precision and care.

What do West Events coordinators do on the day of your event?

Inclusions:

  • Initial and final walkthrough of the venue to assure the event will meet the hosts’ vision and expectations

  • Styling and set up of the decorations and dessert table

  • Managing on site vendors (we are the point of contact for their questions, etc.) 

  • Keeping the timeline on track

  • Ceremony production (coordinating seamless event transitions) 

  • Streamlining communication with guests

  • Tear down of the decorations

  • Checking in with the couple to ensure they are happy, fed and as calm as can be!
