What do WEST Events coordinators do on the day-of your event?

Inclusions:

• Initial and final walkthrough of the venue to assure the event will meet the hosts’ vision and expectations

• Styling and set up of the decorations and dessert table

• Managing on site vendors (we are the point of contact for their questions, etc.) 

• Keeping the timeline on track

• Ceremony production (coordinating seamless event transitions) 

• Streamlining communication with guests

• Tear down of the decorations

• Checking in with the couple to ensure they are happy, fed and as calm as can be!
  

What is the difference between a wedding coordinator and a wedding planner?

A wedding coordinator (via Our Month-of package) coaches you on how to set up your event for the best success. You are in charge of planning your wedding, and the coordinator is in charge of executing and supervising the plans made by the couple. On the day of your event you will be able to enjoy the special day without needing to worry about logistics, knowing that your vision will be flawlessly executed!

Wedding planners typically charge more for their services because they begin planning your event several months out and are all-inclusive which means they contact and book vendors, manage invites + RSVPs, design your wedding, etc. Which means you need to contact them weekly. Whereas in our Month-of package, the coordinators give you the resources to do all this on your own while also helping to manage the event plans starting at the 30-day countdown.
